We are developing our team with only the best. Exceptional quality and service is what Blaze Pizza is all about. You will be a working manager responsible for the hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant.

As Shift Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising a staff of 4 or more employees on each shift
  • Training and coaching team members
  • Maintaining fast, clean, accurate service, positive guest relations
  • Executing administrative duties including inventory counts, and food safety standards
  • Ensure correct procedures are used to prepare food with consistent quality
  • Help General Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong communication & writing skills
  • Good cash handling skills
  • Foodservice management experience preferred
